The Jaslin Hotel is an amazing stop in the center of Chinatown! Ashley at the front counter was prompt, quick, thorough, and helpful. The room is quiet, clean, super comfortable! I will be back for sure - I honestly recommend this hotel for this awesome area. Thank you!

Been there for a week for the Chicago Marathon. Had a 1-BR suite on the last floor. Very clean, the staff was always helpful, large rooms, nice AC (needed for the hot days at the end of September). Location was great for us, three minutes away from the Red Line and next to Chinatown. Lots of great food around if you're into Asian food. Not to mention the rate was about 50% of what the "big hotels" downtown were asking during the marathon week.

Never again. they charged me the full room amount when i cancelled the day before, they claim they have a cancellation fee which was NO WHERE in the confirmation email. My whole group got sick and had to cancel. We have evidence and they still pretty much said they dont care. So even if you get sick, they recommend you still come and stay at their hotel, they must like the Flu and Covid over there

It's a pretty nice hotel at a decent price, too. I stayed here recently and only had first world issues. It would have been cool to have a microwave of some sort and the pillows weren't the best. Other than that, it's a close walk to the Radius for concert goers, has some neat Chinatown restaurants nearby, and it's close walk to the red line to get to downtown Chicago. I'd stay here again.

We just stayed for the weekend and our visit was lovely. Helpful and friendly staff, decent rooms, clean, and great location. We felt very safe during the day. It got a bit sketchy at night, but still felt decently safe. We parked at a nearby parking lot (right near the L line) and prices were very reasonable. We will definitely stay here again! Chinatown was a joy to visit and explore!

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Please be aware that Parking is 1.5-2 blocks away. It is cheap, but it is not right there at the hotel. Call and ask for parking discount. The front road is quite spacious to park on the side of the road for pickup/drop off. The hotel is located right in the middle of Chinatown. It is also 2 block away from red light station. If you have a car, this is the sound. It is close to downtown, but far away from anything up north. Front desk guy is very helpful and friendly. Ask him if you are not sure where to go or what to do. Rooms were nice. Bed was ok, could be cleaner. Neighborhood was quiet. Rate is reasonable.

It's right in the middle of town, which is nice. However there is no parking, and they don't have any advice on where to park anywhere on their site. There is a nearby lot, however it fills very quickly and you need to pay to get in. You need a key card for everything - to turn on the power in the bedroom, to use the elevator, to even get in the building at night. I understand that it's a security thing, but when you're carrying so much luggage it's very tedious to constantly pull out a card just to turn on the lights on your room. The bed was very firm, almost hard. I believe this is due to Asian standards, where the beds are often very stiff. It's just something to keep in mind if you're a Westerner and you're not expecting it. Overall if you're looking for convenience, it's great. If you're looking for comfort, maybe head somewhere else.

So many issues.....worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. Awful pillows, rock hard bed. Called for bathroom necessities refill, got ignored. Shower never got hot. Girl at front desk was constantly on her personal phone and seemed irritated when asked a question. One of the worst hotel stays I've ever encountered. Will NEVER return. Follow up emails ignored as well.
